World AIDS Day 2011 was a day to remember at the Dr. Peter Centre. Premier Christy Clark, Councillor Andrea Reimer and Dr. Julio Montaner (Director of the BC Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS) joined the Dr. Peter Centre’s Maxine Davis for Check Up: HIV/AIDS in BC 2011.
Dr. Peter Centre clients, community members, politicians and the media filled the Centre’s café to hear the dignitaries and experts reflect on the past and speak about the state of HIV/AIDS in BC in 2011.
